We ensure you are in compliance with Good Vigilance Practice and perform

• weekly literature reviews on your behalf,
• covering the MEDLINE or Embase databases as well as
• relevant local journals and websites

in order to identify any reports associated with your products.

As part of our service, we

• answer medical enquiries from patients and healthcare professionals,
• collect spontaneous reports and perform follow-up,
• process and evaluate all case reports within the required time frames, 
• perform database entry,
• obtain approval of all cases by the responsible QPPV or German Graduate Plan Officer,
• report cases to authorities if required.
